Special Birthdays at Randolph Hill Dunblane

Staff and residents at Randolph Hill Dunblane recently celebrated a very monumental occasion. One of our residents, Betty, celebrated her 101st birthday!
Activity staff decorated the garden room with lovely birthday banners and balloons as well as organising for local singer, Sharon Day. Sharon came along and entertained the residents who were up singing and dancing throughout the afternoon.

Betty’s family came along to join in with the celebrations too and presented her with a delicious birthday cake. Luckily, Betty only had 6 candles to blow out on her cake (imagine 101 candles!)  Everyone enjoyed a slice with a cup of tea or coffee.

The celebrations were a great success and Betty was really touched with the effort that the staff and her family had gone to, in order to make her day extra special.
