Celebrating Outstanding Achievements
We are so proud of the commitment and dedication of our staff across our 7 homes. On Friday 15th November, we had an opportunity to recognise some individuals who had been nominated by colleagues, residents and families for a Scottish Care Home award. With finalists across 5 categories, we celebrated their success at The Hilton hotel, Glasgow.
Ashleigh Robertson, Team Leader at Randolph Hill Dunblane, won the award for Care Worker of the Year. This recognises the significant role of care workers in consistently providing a high-quality standard for people living in a care home.
David Livingstone, Fidra House Manager, is a top 3 finalist for an Emerging Talent award. This award recognises individuals that have grown in their role to become a shining example of the care home workforce.
Gail Gow, Charge Nurse at Blenham House, is a top 3 finalist for Nurse of the Year award, recognising outstanding and effective nursing practice within the care home environment.
Sam Gilmour and Malcolm MacDonald, Maintenance Team at Kirk Lane, are top 3 finalists for the Care Innovation award. This recognises exceptional achievements in transforming the care home community, service, and environment.
