All Randolph Hill nursing homes offer a warm, safe, stimulating and caring environment for older people. There are also a range of services available as and when care requirements change. We understand that levels of physical capability can change, as can mental wellbeing.
It’s important to look at what services are available when you’re choosing a nursing home. More intensive nursing or specialist support may be needed further down the line.
Nursing Care
Our policy of treating each person as an individual is the backbone of our nursing care. We like to focus on the positive, tailoring the way we care for a person around what they can do, rather than what they can’t.
Dementia Care
Living with dementia can be a frustrating, difficult and often a frightening experience. At Randolph Hill nursing homes we offer a stimulating and safe environment in buildings specially designed around our residents.
Palliative Care
Staff demonstrate compassion and sensitivity not only towards residents, but also their family and loved ones. Because sometimes it’s not just our residents who need their hand held.
Specialist Care
All our homes have a 24-hour registered nursing staff resource and can call on GP support when necessary.
Pre-Bookable Respite
Often a move into a care home follows a crisis – maybe for a short period while recuperating from an operation or to offer respite allowing their carers to take a short break (subject to availability).
