My sister and I would like to express our deep gratitude to you all for the love and care you showed to our cousin.
Over the many years she was in care, you were indeed her family and we thank you for all the kindness and attention. Thanks, too, to the many members of staff who attended her funeral and the most beautiful floral tribute.

I wanted to thank you and your extended team for the wonderful care my Great Aunt Di received. Yesterday was the fifth anniversary of her taking up residence. I have been delighted with the care she has received over this time as there have been many dark days.
You very kindly supplied extra carers in recent months, which supported her physically and emotionally to allow her to recover and hit yet another milestone. She was frail five years ago and I am thrilled that with the support of the staff she has enjoyed this warm and nurturing environment for these, her later years.

All the family are so pleased with the care mum is receiving at Blenham House, all the staff are very friendly. Always something going on e.g. singing, bus trip etc. Blenham House itself is so light and airy with numerous lounges to use when visiting. Very well run.

Our dad received amazing care at Blenham House. All the staff were kind and courteous towards him and every family member that visited. Dad had Alzheimer’s but was well aware of the level of care he was receiving, and was delighted to be there. He was cleanly shaven with his teeth brushed and in fresh clothes every day. This may seem like a standard level of care you would expect your elderly relative to receive anywhere, but I know from experience that it’s not to the same standard at every hospital or care home. All at Blenham House provide this at the base level of their excellent care, often going far above and beyond.
The meals provided at Blenham House are nutritious and appealing, with the chef happy to receive suggestions to ensure residents can enjoy their favourites.
The manager and all her staff can feel proud of their wonderful facility that provides such a beautiful experience for vulnerable residents at the end stage of their lives, and such care and compassion shown to the family.

Each time I visit my mum I have found all the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful. My mum is receiving excellent care at Blenham House Care Home and her overall health has improved immensely since being admitted there.
I cannot fault Blenham House at all. All of my family members are extremely grateful for the excellent care our mum is receiving.

The care for my father-in-law has been exemplary, with the management team being particularly responsive. All members of staff are very kind and caring with them all remembering the names of residents and regular visitors. The care is professional and knowledgeable and the wishes of residents/relatives are listened to. Visitors are always welcomed.

Blenham House Care Home has a truly warm, welcoming aura. Some long-serving staff, which augers well and they are never too busy to discuss care etc. My brother has complex mental and physical needs and staff and he are in a good place now. I am getting on a bit now and have been his carer/advocate forever and I can now truly say I do not worry about him or feel guilty that he is in a nursing home. Other residents seem contented and smiling and will engage with you sometimes if they can. The meals are excellent, menus are varied and familiar to residents which I think is important. ie. mince and tatties.
